Actually I’ve used python daily for nearly a decade, and run a team of programmers who also work in python daily.
But I have been corrected by MH’s comment above; it seems I had a blind spot - apparently python 3.10 introduced a ‘match’ case when it was released 3 years ago. I guess I missed the release notes for that one.
